This is causing me a lot of stress. I now have to go check all my email receipts against order numbers to compose a very long and very angry email asking them what the fuck they are playing at as I have quite a few outstanding physical release pre-orders. We're talking a few hundred quids worth here.

On Saturday Phil ordered an item to True Friend Ralph while on the call.
Because Phil is a Numpty he sent it to Ralph's Old Address.
But Good News! The firm in question has changed the address.
Ralph is feeling confident that this is a package from Good Phil.
But Ralph has had many packages from Good Phil recently.
Has his luck now run out as Bad Phil deploys the steaming turd that he's been looking for all these months?
