Phil has just been charged for one half of a two pronged assault celebrating the climax of a multi year True Friending program!!! Someone's Doom is at hand..... As we know Doom arrived safely. But this morning Philip's part in the multi year operation concluded, slightly later than planned, with a purchase that should be at Ralph's house towards the end of next week.
