Not exactly a deluxe is it?
There's THREE versions of the basic that pilots it though.

My first thought was Retrax, but I see he's had a colourful Japanese repaint. Are you including the whole lot in this? as in is the answer some obscure Beast Wars Neo figure?

The hardest part is all the basics and megas who haven't (b'boom, dead end, ect.) camouflage the Deluxes. I could figure this out in seconds just by looking at my "need" list. (Yes, I have a list on my phone of ALL the BW, RiD, RM, and Universe 1.0 stuff I need.) Or by looking at my BW shelf.
And while I count Manterror and Mantis as basically the same, you're not. Silverbolt, Ironhide, Ramhorn, and Cicadacon fall into a really odd place where they're neither basics or deluxes. But I have a feeling you'd discount them anyway, if the slight shade difference between transparent plastics in Manterror/mantis are enough to be disqualified, since those four have slightly more involved decos in BWII.
Mach Kick Scourge Corhada Poisonbyte Icebird Soundwave Razorclaw Autojetter Autolauncher
I still count Mantis as the japanese release of Manterror, and not a separate unique deco, though.
Unofficially: Cheetor (universe) Dinobot (universe) Waspinator (generations) Rattrap (generations)

Scourge is one of the ones I was thinking of.
Most of the rest are Mutants, which are really repurposed animorphs, or Japanese releases, which didn't,t get a deluxe assortment release
I can't remember if the BWX Colahda is significantly different to the original or not!
Interestingly Autojetter and Autolauncher are themselves recolours! Their original G2 colour scheme, never released, is shown on an early BWII pack in leaflet which I have a scan of somewhere.
Personally I agree with you about Manterror, but knew someone would argue the toss about the blue/purple.
One more to go!

Insecticon Drillbit Snarl all 6 Fuzor basics Optimus Minor, Sonar & Scarem Ultra I's everything has been done bar Magnanoss.... And the prowl from that's been done a few times as varyin lio jrs

Before then I had mentioned them as discounted, but the wiki counts them as deluxes. While they could be debatable by size, they should not be debatable for recolors they never received. The mutants likewise both got their first and only release as BW. Again recolors never received or "original intent" should not be debatable as far as I'm concerned. I just feel things that never actually happened shouldn't matter here. As for Corhada, his telemocha isn't significantly different. It's just slightly more detailed. (Like an ink wash, or something to make the scales pop more)

Btw, I give up. Going over wiki to check my work, I cannot find another deluxe mold that hasn't had a repaint. What am I missing?

Thinking about it, why has there never been a green Ultra Megatron?
It would fit with the G2 version and green is a reasonable skin colour for a dinosaur.

Ultra Megatron IS in G2 colors. They're just reversed. So instead of brightass unnatural green with royal purple camouflage, it's a more realistic purple for fleshtone, and dark green stripes.

Nah, Ultra Megatron is more a muted version of the CH Megatron/Archforce colours.
But a predominantly green version would have still worked.

I actually have hero megs right next to my bed, and I would politely disagree on that. Now I could see an argument being made on Transmetal Megs being similar to Hero. (I would disagree, but I feel they have enough in common) But Hero/Archie is purple, black, blue, and dayglo orange.
Though I don't disagree that it would be cool to see Ultra (or TM2) Megs in G2 tank meg's colors.

That... would be an odd choice for a Masterpiece. Or maybe less so, given that Beast Wars doesn't necessarily have the same standing in Japan as it does in the West...
Whatever the case though, and despite that not being my favourite Beast Whatevertron, I've also been consistently asking them to be not so Sunbow-centric, so this'd be a good start. Especially since it'd save me money. ;-)

Oh, *I* haven't forgotten about MP Primal. But I can't quite shake the feeling that Takara have... (That said, I wouldn't be surprised if this was an MP they didn't really weren't that thrilled about doing, and were just producing at the behest of Hasbro ready for next year. Beast Wars is, after all, not a Sunbow production...)

Interesting. New moulds I wonder, or repaints and reissues. It's making me wonder how Takara are going to play their various lines this year. We've got Unite Warriors, which will probably run most of the year given they're well behind, then presumably we're predicting Adventures will wrap up sometime during this year in both territories once the last cartoons air. Their Legends line must be done now though; apart from the two leaders that has stuck resolutely to mucking about with the T30 moulds.
Actually, they haven't released T30 Rhinox or Waspinator yet have they? If they hadn't already done Rattrap I'd have said there's a sub-line right there with a few more retools on the scale of Blackarachnia.
