Actually it does say on that image that super big TAV33 is 25cm tall, which can't be much different to TAV21. It just looks more detailed.

Watched the TAV-21 Optimus Prime one. Amused by the CHOOMWHOOM noises added on whenever The Giant Hand touches it.
I really like the look of that toy. Has a slight Brave vibe.
