He's not getting the coverage the toys around him are but Adventures Black Shadow is REALLY nice. The tweaks to the deco really make is singing including, oddly enough, the peachy orange they've used to accent some parts with and cast internal parts like the hip joints and the strut the cockpit is on.

Where the fup has TAV30 Grimlock got to? Brian Kilby reviewed one he got from eBay last week on RFC, but no shops I know of have actually shown him as having been released.

Update on the I bar connector for minicons discussion. Optimus has six minicon connector pegs on him (that I have so far found), all of which are the same I shaped bar that Grimlock has on his shoulder (photos on the last page). Given we've established there is only one Hasbro minicon with this shaped port on it, I'm now wondering if the Takara minicons for this range have been remoulded slightly to all have the same connector port. Otherwise all you could do with this big Prime is stick six Divebombs on him.
Edit - actually scrub all that. Looking at the instructions for Prime it shows Slipstream and Jetstorm attached to him, and indeed my Hasbro ones do. The connector port on the minicons isn't I shaped, it's just a rectangle the I bar slots into. I was looking for an I shaped hole when there isn't one. Mystery solved.
Still, there aren't many I bars I can see on these toys. The warriors don't have any. Only ones I know that do have connectors are TAV30 and 33. Even Deployer Drift doesn't have one anywhere.

Right, so how does one go about obtaining Cybertron Satellite Japanese store exclusives? The black knight warrior Bumblebee repaint Takara have just put out looks fantastic, but I can't see it anywhere to buy.

£42ish plus postage and CUTA. Tempted. But it's a lot for a warrior mould. I wonder if bbts are getting it if other retailers will. Something I might consider if someone has a big bbts box coming over it can slip into, but I don't think any of us do that now.
Nice to know there is an option though.
