Might be a blip so meds temporarily going back up then a review in 4 weeks. Letter for employer will be done next week.
Frustrating, but I have a good GP and I trust their judgement.

Sounds rough and has all the symptoms but says he is better today (his birthday) but I am 300 miles away and can do fuck all. Barely slept with worry last night. Lost the plot at work too.

Exercise is the key to managing the condition but very little of it recently due to weather, not helped by weight gain.
I had planned a 2-hour walk today and could have cried when I opened the curtain to see a rainpocalypse.

Hopped up on penicillin and another antibiotic for a very painful ear infection. Not nice.

Called in sick to work. Suspect I will be off tomorrow too. Mostly zombied on antibiotics!
I just need to be match-fit for Friday! Ear infections usually only knock me sideways for 2-3 days.

Pain has dialed down somewhat so the antibiotics are kicking in. On a high dose so a bit wiped out so called off work again today to rest. Hopefully fine tomorrow.

I could use some challenging. Very tired/stressed/worn out by current Real Life temp circumstances (away from home looking after ill family member since December until some time in February, probably). Just trying to sit in a cafe earlier to relax and read a book was difficult.
Tomorrow, I am in the work office for the first time as it's a training day thingy. To say this causes anxiety is to put it mildly.
I haven't been inside any kind of office workplace since November 2020.
Teeth/gums very sore of late. Hard to tell if this is physical anxiety symptoms or stuff going wrong. Booked a check-in on Friday morning.
