Don't want to ruin the fun in the weekly threads but I am not having a fun time of it. 2018 is rapidly going down the plug hole like every other year. Once again an attempt to change direction met with the usual failure. Hitting a certain age very soon and sick of being on my own in a dead end job but nothing I try seems to change anything. Mood swings are getting a bit of a problem and the stress keeps giving me pain.

Been there as well with a wee hamster too who had to make a last journey to the vets. It's never easy with animal chums.

Channelling appreciated for Mrs M's mum. Her dementia seems to have taken more strongly ahold of her the last couple of months and this week we have had more police/hospital incidents.
They're now suggesting we should be thinking about not leaving her on her own. Which means a specialised care home. To be fair we have already had these thoughts ourselves but it will mean big changes for everyone.
