Hasbro Asia did that green G2 exclusive Megatron from that tank mold recently remember, so it's not crazy I think they'll do green. It's this continual erasure of every country's Transformers nostalgia so that it matches with the US  |

Hsbro Asia are not Takara!
Takara only did the purple Hero Megatron in G2, not the larger green tank. That had to wait till Megastorm in BWII.
Since then they've done the classics Deluxe tank in purple, and the EZ Collection (Legend/Legion) in purple twice, though there's been a few grey Megatrons. I'm struggling to think of a green Takara tank Megatron....
So chances are that this will be purple.

I think they'll do green. It's this continual erasure of every country's Transformers nostalgia so that it matches with the US Man, I thought transformers was an escape. Didn't realize I'd have to protest US Cultural Imperialism here, too. |

G2 Optimus Prime (?) After that ..... If POTP is combiners, and we've no reason to think not, my money is on Unite Warriors coming back to swallow the Deluxe and Voyagers as boxsets. The Legends and Leaders sizes should be enough for the Legends toyline to keep going, though it'll be interesting to see what they do with the Primemasters - their approach to the Titanmasters wasn't quite what I expected. I wouldn't be surprised to see some repaint fun at some stage with TR either. |
