Still swithering over UW Defensor. The CW version is £20 cheaper (before postage & CUTA) and I prefer the colour schemes on the individual figures but I don't want to miss out on the deluxe-sized Groove. It is, as Ralph says, an expensive Groove. I don't know what the chances are of Hasbro releasing him and Blast Off as store exclusives. I mean, Brake-neck and Quickslinger sold well online but I don't know how if they did well enough for Toys'r'us in the States to justify ordering another wave. Aw, everybody seems to be going for the Hasbro version. I'll probably go Takara just to have something to talk about at meetups  -Nick |

I just cant justify it, as it's very unlikely I would be able to sell on my Hasbro one, they are not exactly rare now.
I am however not ordering the Combaticons until TT release their box set!

Kapow are sold out (surprise surprise) but TFs-express still has it up for pre-order. 25 quid more than the CW iteration but no CUTA worry. An expensive Groove to be sure, but I've had worse.

Breakdown and Thrust look great. Cyclonus himself is a little on the plain side compared to the CW version but my CW will be back to torso mode now.

Well, shit. And there I was promising to be good next year.
Naturally, I want it for the clear MTMTE-homaging Roller. And that Ghost Starscream is also nicely bonkers - and gets around the fact that otherwise that'd be the third Starscream in the CW line (or the time of - there was leader and MP re-released this year); at least this is something different. (Although how long 'til we get all 3 see-attack jets via e-Hobby? Or SDCC?) I'm also keen on that Breakdown, mainly because I loved Prime Breakdown and never got around to getting a toy. Thrust I'm a lot less interested in because I can't stand Armada - although he does have a pretty awesome death, so I'll give him that. And Cyclonus... well I already have CW Cyclonus. But that's a very nicely decoed version (I know I hate things that slavishly adhere to G1 - but that *is* better, in my opinion, than the flat, dark purple Hasbro version), so I wouldn't object to having to own it.
Ooooh, Takara. You scamps.
I bet FunPub are quietly cursing to themselves this morning...

Pre-ordered an Expensive Groove & pals from TFS-Express. BBTS reckons the release date is "early December" so it should hopefully turn up before Christmas. I'll need to let my folks know to expect a package...
I also ordered a pair of replacement hands for MP Star Saber that have crazy poseability and a palm-thingie that means he can finally hold his sword the right way round!
