That full fledged deluxe class combiner limb Groove from Takara-Tomy is just not fair. Boo Hoo. I'm not getting it, but damn damn damn are the Japanese lucky. I really can't see Hasbro passing up the opportunity to put that out somehow. I'm sure it'll follow as an exclusive like the other two. If that's the case, then I'm happy I passed on "Rook" - though I did get the Legends Groove so... |

Silhouette isn't really bothersome this time.
Core- Optimus mold
Right arm- offroad
Left arm- dead end or streetwise
Right leg- breakdown
Left leg- dragstrip
The mystery here is characters and deco.
Either way, truck and car molds are getting boring at this point.

Very Takara head. The chest is so similar to some of the others it almost looks like a remould but I don't think it is. Why has he got one knee guard?

So does First Aid from Offroad, and Streetwise from Dead End.
Bravo's arms are on the outside of his torso and sorta just hang there in all forms.
It looks like Groove is much the same (though they fold at the elbows here).
It looks like he matches Bravo's transformation almost exactly, only turned around.

I know that this'll be a controversial statement, but man, Groove looks terrible in combined mode. His arms are just hanging there. I think I prefer the Hasbro version...

Why controversial? Everyone's got the right to an opinion on any particular toy. I actually agree with you, the conspicuous arm kibble doesn't integrate very well really, it stands out a lot compared to the other four deluxe Protectobots.
