(Ceramic Armour, I developed it when I was doing reviews of early Babylon Five episodes on Usenet. If you think that Transformers fans can become riotous when roused you ain't seen nothing.) :-) One of the things I love about this particular corner of the Web is that we all seem to be grown-up insofar as we can debate our plastic robot preferences without it inevitably turning into factional fighting. (Or maybe it is that we are all too lazy/old/tired to have the energy for a proper sectarian war. :-) ) Karl |

Metaphorically if you scald or burn someone in conversation it means to give them a verbal tongue lashing, so the 'flame' part comes from that, as well as the comments being made being deliberately inflammatory. The 'war' refers to that happening as a repeated exchange of comments between one or more people.
So basically an online slanging match.

Well, guess I'll be selling my Protectobots at Auto Assembly and going the Takara route for this one. Streetwise and Blades look much nicer as well, and I never got Hotspot yet anyway.

White hands and feet are so much better. The Perfect Effect ones are on the large side. Shame Hasbro can't do a supplemental set of just those.

Im not usually one to bother about this sort of thing, but defensor with all white limbs looks great. and superion with blades doesnt look bad either. |
