A couple of panels during the issue then on the last page iirc. Andy And some weird continuity flubs, with starscream about at first Not a flub as such. Starscream appears when Megs debuts in Tales of Earth. Doesn't contradict anything he just seems to be doing nothing for a while. |

It's almost like Larry was just giving the brief. Megatron is in the Ark on earth & shown last few issues so he knew who was there. Then told Megatron needs to end up has a green tank - go to it. Then Simon had to pick it up but Starscream didn't match up with where he had planned.

So he is!
Though it is easily explained when Megatron attacks the Silent Castle he is not in the best of conditions and shows damage already. Starscream could have been in similarly poor condition and this is Megatron restoring him to full working order.
