Vols 1 & 2 are still readily available so I guess vol 3 isn't going anywhere in the short term.

Great. I should be able to get vol 3 at some point down the road then.

I note Vol 3 has gone in stock as of today on amazon.co.uk. Given this has been out a month in the US I'd have been miffed if it had slipped here, but it seems all is right. Yeah, just had a dispatch e-mail. Should be here before the next TMUK Zoom. Bumble kick! Martin

Blinkin' Nora. Over a hundred pages of colour plates from TV Magazine, telling Zone, Battlestars and Operation: Combination stories _not_ contained in the Japanese-language manga book. Detailed colour Power Plans of Dai-Atlas, Star Convoy and Sky Garry. And lots of colour Guard City action!

And now I learn that the final G1 Decepticon Leader in Japan was not in fact Ultra Megatron. It was Scrash. Well I never. Martin

I went straight to the bonus pages to drool over them.
I do hope they somehow chuck out a G2 and Beast era collection down the line.

Absolutely loved this set. I think they did a really good job with the translation and it was nice to have some of the rarer late G1 media included in it.

Picked up volume 3 a while ago and had a look today. Oh it is nice. My favourite of the three.

All three are fantastic - some of the nicest reprint packages TF's have been treated to.

I will admit to also having the alternate wraparound cover edition of volume 1. Shiny shiny silver logo.
I am of the generation who finds wraparound covers to be astoundingly exciting. 80's/90's comics trained me this way.

The trio make a very push package don't they? Very well presented.

Yes they are rather well done.
It would be nice to see a package of TF manga from other eras done to the same standard of presentation.
