Its Primes half hearted Halloween costume.
The head looks good, the body looks like a decent Nemesis Prime, but they probably shouldn't have been put together.

My optic nerve just can't see anything other than Prime's head on Prime's body.
The new Motormaster head looks good, but I just can't process it on Prime's shoulders.

Yeah its definitely the colours. There's not enough grey on the rest of the body to tie the head to it.
The head and body still don't look like they fit that well but in black it's not a glaring.

It's just a nice idea that doesn't work in 3D.
Hell of a lot of misplaced fanrage online though. If you don't like, don't buy it!

Easier said than done. My flights already booked.
But I agree some people are far too upset. It's not great but is still better than 09s Kup.
The more I look at the digibash the more I think I'll be painting it.

Motormaster's awful. It's not just the head; they've squashed the trailer details onto a panel that doesn't suit the decoration. They'd have been better off using Wreck-Gar. It's a more suitable shape in both modes.

I've seen it now.
Eeeeeh. I'll need to see better pics, as it is, it seems rather 'off' to me. Doesn't particularly remind me of Ironfist.
I dunno, actually the whole set this year seems rather piecemeal, it's probably the set I want to own least (apart from Thundercracker, but I have the custom Andy made for me, so my desire for another is sated).

Ironfist has the Autotrooper head, so that's what the 3 pack of drones will be.

Not opened Fistitron (they couldn't get the Ironfist name) nor what I expected but the colours in vehicle mode are fun. The Stunticons are rather nice pretty much what I expected from photos. Still dont much like Motormasters head attached to the body. Comic seems to confirm G2 Sideswipe Autotroppera and Toxitron.
Custom class Minerva is the best of the bunch for me though. The comic feels a little rushed in places but is in adifferent league to the rest of the BC comics and does a good job introduced the set and Cheetor.

AMTC looks real nice, by that I mean its very close to my customs except for the purple wings which also mean a purple nosecone that looks a bit odd.

Of the Botcon toys, Toxitron and AM Thundercracker are the ones that float my boat. However, the crazy inflated prices of them on Ebay mean they will be beyond my reach, alas. However, I am glad they exist and hope people at Botcon enjoy them! They more crazy coloured toys out there the better, I say.

I do like the look of the Actionmaster Thundercracker homage - it is a good scheme and it looks well executed. The Toxitron is.... interesting, and I think that it actually suits the Animated Prime better than it did the originally intended mold.
Like Ralph I am not going to be able to afford either of them, but it is nice to live in a world where they exist.
