They did it via Facebook like Kapow. Posted at 10:45am saying the SDCC preorders would be up at 11:30. Not brilliant. SOme people tend to forgewt Facebook isn't an all encompassing communication method.
Agreed though, I don't like ID's new website as much as the old one. None of these shop's sites are actually what you want them to be. TFE really shot themselves in the foot recently when they split their site into two - one for preorders and another for in stock items. It's a nightmare. You have to check everything twice.
