Is that a complete set of Jem Lords? Now now Phil, Rock Lords are Hasbro IP-owned now under the Gobots license, they are Transformers! It is a near complete Series 1 wave of Rock Lords (minus Nugget and Sticks'N'Stones), most importantly all with their weapons. Have you ever seen Rock Lord weapons? No. No you have not. Do not ask what I paid.

Is that a complete set of Jem Lords? Also Phil, your shameful lack of knowledge of Rock Lords led me to try and find a copy of the MOVIE to buy you but tragically it seems this doesn't actually exist on dvd so you are saved! What horrible world do we live in??

Hmm, are Rocklords in the same boat as Gobots? Hasbro owns the characters but not hte mould? I genuinely have no idea. I'm assume so. They were Bandai designs and turned up in their Machine Robo anime. That said, the Rocklords in Animated look very much like Crackpot, and IDW stuck the Tonka designs in the RiD comic. I assume no-one really cares enough about Rock Lords to make a fuss.

There is nothing Misc about Rock Lords. They deserve at least a Rock Lords Acquisitions thread.

But they're not Transformers. -Ralph They appear in rock mode in a hundred Marvel TF comics! Stories written by Furman and Budiansky! You can't prove me wrong... Martin

Day 232: The Rock Lords still have no idea Sourced from TFW2005I finally got around to opening the Masterpiece Skywarp (MP6) I bought in the Argos sale 6 years ago. Nice stand, but he feels a bit cheap for a Masterpiece figure. Suddenly CW Thundercracker doesn't look so bad

I passed up the rock jet a few weeks back for cheap but now regret it. There's the good guy's vehicle on ebay but it's £50 and I'm not insane. No, this is crazier. Or less interesting. Whichever you prefer!

Have I lost my grip or gained a HYPER-GRIP??? Two of the series 2 Narlies! Series 1 are everywhere but series 2 are really hard to find. I got them for £40 the pair. Which is good... honest... D:

I have absolutely no idea what that is. They are bizarrely part of the Rock Lords line! They were even in the movie (one fell in love with Scooter). It's mad!

The issue of finances aside I think it is always a good idea to space out purchases. Helps with appreciation with things when they arrive, in my experience. Even if I get a few things at once I like to space out when they are opened up, etc. -Ralph I am spacing out the 'revealing' of each of my figures and sets. Once I have my display room organised I will doing 1 a week max. I was considering doing unboxing and review videos to help me stick to that but there's people out there who can do it better than I can so I probably won't bother. I have a 7 month old son so times restricted anyway.

Years back I'd buy anything with the TF logo on. That way madness lies! That's how you end up with a blue Omega Supreme (though this was in my ehobby phase) Also I tend to get bored of stuff easily, so even if I make a lot of expensive purchases, they'll get recycled back into the slush fund soon enough (again, apart from Big Blue!)
