As it looks like I'm going for a range of lots of variants, maybe we can give two badges each to contributors like last year, and either let the rest go up for grabs on the day (they are all free!) or pre-order at a fair price to also help offset some table costs for Toy Fu (like uh, 20p each?) Does that sound fair?
My plan is:
Half the badges are normal
Half the bages are powerlinx
And then uh, three or so each of the weird variants to be like chase badges (like custard prime, KB Toys Demolishor etc)
Does that sound right?

Well, the main sets will be the regular Armada and the Powerlinx ones, ie 12. The rest of the repaints will be sprinkled in for fun. Though I have a feeling I'll need to make quite a few AMTCs! Part of me thinks we should do regular Armada on Saturday and put out the Powerlinx ones on Sunday. |

Technically Starscream has Skywarp and Ramjet. His Generations version was redone as Jhiaxus.
Prime's Supercon version was redone as Nemesis Prime and Ultra Magnus.
Demolishor's powerlinx form was meant to be Sixshot's colours.
Red Alert's Cybertron version was done as Cannonball, Kup and possibly someone else (crankcase?)

Protypes! Need to tweak some of the colours (Hot Shot needs a brighter green, AMTC isn't eye-searing enough) but I'm really happy! Just need to do the last three Hot Shot designs then I have all 25  NOW, how many do I make? I was going to make 500 again. I feel like I have three options: 1 - 40 of the original Armada 6, 14 each of all the repaints 2 - Equal amounts of all (20 each) 3 - Custom amounts, going from 40 for the most popular (Hot Shot) to say, 5 of the least (Uh, Inferno, I guess) What do we think? |

Would it be a good idea to have some tied to a certain toyfu spend. Nothing stupid, Buy anything and get one of the standard ones. Spend over £10 get a second tier one, over £15 a third tier and take it however far you want.
Im not suggesting people are going to spend x amount just to get a badge (though they should dammit!) but it might serve as a way to decide how many of each to make.
Also I legitamately want them all and am happy to throw some dosh your way. I'll cover my convention bag in them.

They'll need splitting up somehow anyway as 25 is a lot moe than last year. If it was just one big box it could take a long time to find a specific one and 25 seperate boxes wouldnt be much quicker. A Sunday set as well makes sense. Also we have more table space this year which we have to make better use of. |

Or do it by time so every 2 hours we put out a few new designs, so there's a constant reason to want to come back?
I'm leaning towards 40 each of the basic designs and then 14 each of the other types to make it up to 500. Maybe a few more Powerlinx Starscreams.
