I'm going up in the loft late to find Cosmos. I'll measure Scourge for you.

4mm. Measured the fist hole and the peg on his gun to be sure. Maybe we need a website solely dedicated to listing peg sizes PHIL

4mm. Measured the fist hole and the peg on his gun to be sure. Boom. Look like the original can hold the KO Fracas with Galaxy Shuttle thanks to a stepped peg.

Neither can hold the other versions weapons, unless you have a reissue with modified weapons. This is why the mm are so important! HAS RALPH SEEN THE LIGHT?

No, you just need to make sure each character only holds the gun that comes with them and no other AS THE TECH SPECS TAUGHT US. This is why swapping weapons between toys IS BAD, PHIL. -Ralph

You are fundamentally correct, Doctor. TECH SPECS ARE LAW.
However sometimes... Seaspray needs a big gun....

There were some odder measurements used in days of old before 3 and 5 mm became standard In fairness to the millimeters of 4, they're anything but odd.

mm are a continuous gradient of sizes. They are not ultimately quantised until the level way below that of sub-quarks. By then we are only dealing with probabilities as well. At that size it is possible that 86 Targetmasters can hold Targetmaster partners *and* their own original guns simultaneously - at least until they are observed.

You are saying that the most tactically sound role for them to be employed in is that of a sniper - where they will be able to bring additional firepower due to not being observed... Seems sound to me. Karl

Oh now this is annoying! I've got Galvatron out the cupboard but I can't find Cyclonus anywhere. All my G1 toys live in the cupboard and there's two or three boxes of loose G1 in there but no Cyclonus. He's the Targetmaster version, charity shop find, IIRC one of his arms isn't from the Targetmaster version. Going to have to turn the boxes in my room out!

I wonder why the vehicle modes are facing backwards - did the photographer think the rear of these strange space cars were the fronts?
