Which is what Toy Habits predicted in their exit poll. Interesting choice, probably means most voters assume the Fright Zone will get a retail release anyway. Not sure about that at this point.

Crowdfund campaign is next Spring. I didn't think it would launch this week as an artist's impression isn't much to sell it on. But that means what, delivery mid/late 2025? Origins could be dead by then.

Interesting result that - I was sure that either the Attack Trak or Fright Zone would get it. Who'd've thought - a fandom actually wanting something new..?

I could complain...but it'll be a too-expensive crowdfunding jobbie so I wouldn't be getting it anyway. Thus, I must...shush.

Those look kinda fun but I'm trying to tell myself they're not necessary. Only two turtles and no Skeletor? Suggests there's a second wave to come.

I was trying to think of an answer to the question of why they've done this, and I guess the only answer is: Why not?
They do certainly look fun. I think my favourite has to be Trap Jaw crossed with the Mousers - an inspired idea.

OH FFS *AGAIN*!!! Long term readers may recall this incident: Snake Teela & Randor 200X in the post to me :-) Oh FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 08:1811:01*THAT* explains why the money is a tad tight. Phil is a F***ING IDIOT who accidentally ordered the entirety of that Wave TWICE from THE SAME RETAILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today I had a dispatch notice from Props & Replicase for Snake Armour Skeletor, Comic Roboto and Sun Men Hypno. I've had all 3 from various retailers since February!!!! A tiny bit of forensic accounting suggests that the Feb ones were the ones I bought second and that these were the ones I ordered first on 15th December last year. NOT HAPPY (Burns is)

The mutant he-man is the major disappointment. They chose to go with He-Man But Purple as a mutant, instead of making him a green tiger man? What a waisted opportunity.
Aside from that, Turtles of Greyskull is certainly testing me, even if I'm not keen on the turtles' tiny waists.

I only noticed an email this morning in my promotions tab from Mattel Creations about a "Buy One Get One Free" on certain items. Masterverse Vykron set, the Dark-Lynn/Goddess Evil-Lyn figure and Motherboard are some of the few MOTU figures in the deal. But the biggest stand out for me is the 40th Anniversary He-Man 4 pack. £150 plus postage for 8 figures is ordered within the next 21 hours. I am considering it, but I really shouldn't.

While I wasn't that surprised to see the usual CGI He-Man figures in Home Bargains for £2.99, but I was surprised to find Man-At-Arms was on the shelf. I hadn't seen him show up with the other cheap figures last year, so the first time I have seen it in person.
