I forgot that was a site that exists. They also have Dark-Lyn down from £40 to £25.
I finally received Vykron a few days ago, that I order in Mattel Creations BOGOF black Friday. I did have to sit the figure and accessories in some hot water to get some joints to move and hands to plug in, but an interesting look. The Spaceman while having the fewest pieces is so far my favourite of the looks. I need to get a third cheap body to display the eagle tank mode, but I was disappointed to find the helmet for that look is specifically designed to fit on the Vykron barbarian helmet, so is very lose on any other head.

My reasonably priced fuzzy Panthor arrived this morning. I kept checking tracking for where it was, but no it's here... If my MOTU purchases from the past couple of weeks turn out like the Masterverse Sun-Man and Beast Man I ordered last year days either side of Christmas, then cheap flocked Panthor and Masterverse King Grayskull will be showing up in Game over the next couple of months.  |

That cheap Snake Mountain is a pain in the arse. I've had one on pre-order from Whole Shebang since September for thirty quid more. I just don't want to mess them around by trying to cancel that, but it's annoying to think I could have a Snake Mountain by next week for fifty quid when I've been waiting three months for one at 80.
Incidentally, I forgot to mention - I had the first wave of Turtles crossover figures from TWS the other day. I reckon the first retail wave are the weakest looking of the figures we've seen from that line, so I was guessing if I liked them in hand the rest of the line would be a goer for me. I really like them. They're garishly coloured fun looking toys that are different enough to be appealing, like I said, G2 MotU. I reckon I'm in for those this year in place of having normal Origins waves to chase after.

I picked up a Savage Eternia Skeletor just before Christmas and he's pretty decent.
The other figures in that wave including Moss-Man, Mer-Man, Hordak and He-Man all look really good too and each has a creature sidekick. I think these were based on what would have been the newest season of CG show before it was shelved.
There's also a Cosmic Terror Skeletor which has some 'disco' vibes.

Indemand has Masterverse Shadow Weaver and Roboto on sale for £8 each earlier in the week. I wasn't keen on Roboto from photos, but he is a much nicer and chunkier figure when in hand. His hand attachments are crap and I haven't been able to get the stock hand removed yet. Shadow Weaver looks really nice in hand and great to finally have her, as she was the only Super 7 'As Seen on TV' line figure mould I couldn't find at a good price when I was collecting them. I did also manage to pick up Masterverse Fisto for "50p" from Comics and Cocktails. He is a figure that is hard to find at a good price and looks far too generic for his going rate. He was in a sale in a set with wave mates Andra, Scareglow and Stinkor for £40, but I already had the other three. I sold them on and made more than I expected on them, hence Fisto only cost 50p after fees, postage etc. It would still be a great deal as I haven't seem him by himself for less than £5 anywhere. I was surprised that Fisto's fist is actually metal. The rest of the wrist if grey plastic, but he gives a cold, hard fisting. So what robot does Roboto's knee look like to you?  |
