A Rokkon has been ordered. Not bought an Origins figure in an age but I had his rock pal as a kid so I had to have him.

Meanwhile, fears grow that my RotS set 2 has gone awol. Whole Shebang sent me a dispatch note for it last Wednesday, but since then I've had no tracking info and it hasn't arrived. Mailed WS yesterday to ask for the tracking info so I can locate it but my experience there is that it can take over a week to get a reply. Haven't had one today. That's going to be an expensive set to find elsewhere if WS can't provide.

I didn't place the order for Rokkon. I wasn't planning on getting it as I just can't justify the price of £23-£29 for an Origins figure, I haven't purchased an Origins figure since Frog Monger last year and have pretty much tapped out on that line, and not really buying toys in general, due to life as well as the cost and how hard they are to get. I have picked up a few Masterverse figures in that time though as they tend to go on sale to under £10. But I did receive my order form In Demand earlier with 3 figures that included postage only came to £23, which is the same as a Rokkon if I ordered three and sold the other two at cost. So Hypno and Bolt Man (whop I forgot I already own in the rush to order to place my order, but Ralph has claimed him)are the first Origins figures I have bought in at least 6 months along with bargain £8 Masterverse Man-E-Faces. Snake Mountain was the exception to the not buying Origins rule, but the order was placed last April when they were £60, which is less than 3 retail priced Origins these days. Okay when checking the dates on Amazon that I pre-ordered Snake Mountain, I realised that I forgot that I purchased a flock Panthor as a Christmas present for myself when they were at a more reasonable price on Amazon. That's hopeful then as they managed to come through with Moss Man. Those two are Walmart exclusives like he was, so there's a pattern. Wonder if they'll get Necro-Conda too as he's Walmart as well iirc.

Still no Rulers set, which was apparently posted 12 days ago. I'm not convinced it was because Whole Shebang stuff always has Royal Mail tracking and I haven't had any for this. Was it flagged as dispatched but not actually sent? I emailed to ask for the tracking a week ago but haven't had a reply, so I've had to mail again. I get these small companies get backlogs of emails to answer, but when it's been a week and there's been no contact what else can I do? This is the second time I've had cause to message them and haven't had a response without sending a second email. My faith in them is having a bit of a wobble.

I have seen they seem to respond more to posts on Facebook, so maybe best to try another avenue to get their attention.

Yeah. I may have to. Still no reply. I don't like doing it that way because posting publicly like that feels too much like forcing them to reply through negative PR; I don't want to come across as a difficult customer because I'm not - I just want a tracking number that I should have had in the first place (which I know doesn't exist, because if it did the parcel would be here by now).
It's a pity. Whole Shebang have been a great company so far, but the last month has been really trying with them. Service is great until something goes wrong, then you get no response. Twice in a month.

Due to the flocking Moss Man is a store exclusive in the US. I want top say Walmart.
I am surprised he has yet dropped from £35, but he appears to only be available through Sm*ths online and not available in stores. Well at least when I last checked stock levels.

Over here in Germany I saw Moss Man at Smyths just the other day; marked as reduced but €34.99. Could be a good sign!

I see the next origins exclusive is coming on Thursday as part of the Mattel Revealed event. Looks like it's Sy-Klone.
