Always annoyed that modern Prince Adam doesn't have a fabric waistcoat.

Smyths now have Battle Cat, Skeletor and He-Man listed on the website. Oddly these aren't listed under the Masters of the Universe section, which is still blank, but they are currently expected in Spring 2021. He-ManSkeletorBattle CatI did also have Trap Jaw arrive today from Amazon, to add to teh Orko and Skeletor that arrived on Saturday that I haven't had time to open yet.

I got an Origins Man-at-Arms yesterday out of curiosity with the line - it's really good!
It hits exactly the spot it needed to between old school sculpt and chunkiness and modern articulation. It feels like a very solid, quality figure as well. I could see myself getting a few more of these.

I am hoping not to get sucked into this line too much, and thankfully the all-over-the-place availability is making that easier for me. I can hardly find shops that agree on when the figures are officially due for release, let alone that have them in stock or preorderable!
So far I have Man-at-arms, Teela and Battle Cat. They're marvelous and my daughter also approves strongly of them.

It does though make me look forward to Origins though. The first affordable MOTU line since 200X. The property has been at collector prices for too long.

Oh a mass retail MOTU line would be fab, as it was my first big toy thing I will always have a soft spot for it.

What's the deal with Scareglow? Why is he in this line before the more familiar Tri-clops, Whiplash & Clawful etc. Was he that popular?

He seems to be popular with the fanbase. Also holding a few fan-favourites for later waves is a smart move in terms of keeping people collecting the line.

I am seeing some Smyths stores are currently showing as having He-Man, Skeletor and Battle cat Origins in stock but only Battle Cat for home delivery.

Yeah, I'd spotted that. I was hoping that they might make some of the other figures available, or even list Teela, but alas...

Hoepfully the rest of the wave 1 and the entire wave 2 figures will show up in some sort of European refresh wave, but I didn't trust Mattel supplies of these figures which is why I bought them all on Amazon last August when they were available. Even then most shipped to me from Italy and Spain.
Looking to remidn myself which of the first two waves Teela was in, she was wave 1, made me realise that the wave 3 Battle Armour Skeletor and He-Man aren't listed on teh Smyths site with the rest of wave 3 and even wave 4.
