No, I'm paying the same £19.98 a month, they're just skipping ahead with what they're sending me because they don't have the volumes in stock they're supposed to be sending me. Which is pretty shit really. I questioned it and they said they're aware and will send the missing volumes later when they're reprinted. Not sure I believe them. They appear to reprint prior to most of their sales which usually happen around Christmas. As that will be just a month or two after issue 100 is released it would be a good timing all around.

I've had two emails now promising the missing issues haven't been forgotten and they'll send them when they're available. So hopefully. Can't be the first time this has happened to a customer, I'm sure it'll be fine...

Thankfully my supermarket trip yesterday scored me issue 94. Didn't want to have to track down another issue.
Im still waiting for last issue which I ordered from Hachette 2 weeks ago.

Doesnt an empty store usually precede one of their sales?

And every TF volume is out of stock on the Hachette website... What, even 'Target: 2006'? Ebay sellers are virtually paying people to take them off their hands... Martin

Aye, staggering.
If it is the precursor to a sale, then not too bad, of it isn't though - shakes head as it's either a spectacular fuck up or they are getting ready to shutter operations at the end of the release, which doesn't bode well for those missing volumes.

Some good news for the day, finally. My hachette subscription books this month are two of the previously missing volumes in my run, ones that were out of stock as back issues when they were supposed to come to me first time round. There's hope yet I might complete this collection.

97/98 received today (delivery attempted Saturday by the quietest knocker in the world).
As previous delivery was 9th October could this possibly be Over By Christmas???

Hmm.
Goes to Hachette website to log in to send customer query
- your password has expired, use the forgotten password link to reset it.
Several hours later, no password reset email. Tries to log in using account number instead
- create an account to link your subscriber number to
Despite the fact I already have an account it earlier told me my password had expired for.
I'm in a quandry as to what to do about my missing issues. I have five deliveries left to finish the collection, but am still missing six books from earlier in the run they didn't send because they'd run out of stock when I was supposed to get them. Two previous enquiries returned a near automated response saying the missing books would be supplied as they are reprinted, but that was getting on for a year ago and I still have no indication they're coming.
So do I give in and start trying to bag the missing books from eBay? They do come up now and again but will inevitably cost more than the £10 they should. I've been doing some searches today and can probably get three or four of them for not much more than the proper price, but others may be more difficult.
I think I need to bite the bullet now and get them to be sure, then if Hachette do send the missing ones I'll send them back.

Buy from Ebay and maybe resell if your orders turn up?

If you Facebook, and haven't done already, try messaging them on there. I got pretty quick responses and every issue I had sorted by them that way.

Ugh. Yesterday's delivery has punted me on a month again, so I'm missing issue 91/92 as well now. That's eight overall I've not been sent. Email sent. I'll try facebook if that yields nothing.

I forgot to say, having sent a polite email asking for a proper response rather than the stock one I've had twice before, I did get one. I had an apology, confirmation the missing issues are still on my sub to be fulfilled and the statement, "as a subscriber you are guaranteed every issue in the collection".
Which I wasn't expecting. Time will tell...
