So Ive not seen this anywhere and its not a definite but I asked Simon Furman if Animated storiy would be told in the Titan comic and he said he thought Animated would get its own UK comic running alongside the movie one.
If it happens how cool would that be.
The movie comic will be staying in the alt universe from now on. THe next 13 issues are laid out and sales are staying steady. Cool.

Let's just hope if that is the case they don't make Animated anything like the Armada comic.

I'm not exactly over-excited about the animated cartoon but I think I'll still get an animated comic book if one does surface. There are a few Simpsons comic books currently on our shelves so I wouldn't count out a second Transformers comic book.

The movie comic will be staying in the alt universe from now on. I thought that might happen. It gives a creative carte blanche and saves having to try and fit in with movie storylines. I'd rather have stayed in Movieverse Alpha, though. |

Yeah, bit of a shame that, but it gives them a larger cast until the second movie comes into play and we'll find ourselves back in Movieverse Alpha.

I can see why they are doing it. If they are worried about getting to a position that they can't reconcile what they have done with the second film they don't really have a lot of room to manouvre. A guess this gives them a lot more "head room". So what are we going to call the comics universe - Beta, Lambda, Omega?
