We'll most likely get a disc launcher though.

I imagine we will have several disc launchers! We should have duels at the next AA.

That would be a great idea as long as a stray disc doesn't find its way to any of the guests eyes.

If such an event occurs and the fans win what would we get as a reward?

Ah-ha, so we get some money and maybe even a standing ovation for thrashing Furman and friends.

I'd like to see a TF comic story where the Autobots and the Decepticons have a disc launcher fight.

I'm still amazed the strip's never had any of the characters using the Free! weapons.

It would be nice to see the free weapons being used in the main strip but it will make the strip look more like an advertisement than a story. The old Marvel UK TF comics had back-up strips from breakfast cereals and the like that advertised their latest free gifts and these were pretty monotonous reading.

I can confirm #1 exists. Picked it up in the middle of some time wars weather this afternoon. I shall peruse it this evening.

It's a lot younger in tone than the Movie comic, so most of the features are unreadable - especially that bloody screencap strip.
The original strip, however, is quite fun and Earthforce-y. I dunno if I want to keep picking up this comic, but I'll definately buy a digest.
The Bits and Bots strip is fun too.

Not bad. Looks to basically be doing stand alone stories in the cartoon continuity. Slightly disappointed that there isnt some kind of origin story. but I suppose as the main strip seem to fit in either at the end of season one or two it would have been a bit backwards.

A worrying thought considering the sheer arsenal of projectile shooting tat that the UK Transformers comic has already delivered.

I found a comic a while ago Beyblade, no something else and it came with a free minicon. Swindle I think so Im wondering why the TF comic hasn't done something similar.

The costs of something like a free TF are (I would surmise) much higher than a Free! Blasting Thing. It just depends on the size of the budget put aside for the magazine's cover-mounts.
