So Optimus Prime #25 is the final IDW comic. Unless IDW have messed up the story order & comic release date

It looks like IDW bosses are having another change round - could IDW be closing down?

Now this enormous body of work is coming to an end, I've been pondering the best way to look on it as a whole. It has distinct phases, yet is one complete continuity. So say you were going for a re-read, would you put every issue in chronological order, eg put Autocracy et al before Infiltration, or keep each phase separate and accept the fact that flashbacks make more sense when they're in the context of the other issues they came out alongside. In theory the Hachette collection should provide an answer to this, but it doesn't seem to be doing a very good job. I like things in chronological order, but I realised I wouldn't take all the post-movie stories out of TFUK and put them all at the end because they're so interlinked with the 80s stories. I was looking around to see if fans had done any work on this and found a chronological order list on Wikipedia which doesn't actually look right to me, and a clever set of charts on TFW that split the series into three phases that juggles both chronological order and context for a sort of hybrid. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Transformers_(IDW_Publishing)#Chronological_comic_orderwww.tfw2005.com/boards/threads/my-up-to-date-idw-transformers-hasbroverse-reading-guide.1117009/
