The proposed new layout does look pretty good. It is practical, gives you a decent amount of space and brings everything together on one floor from your point of view. It looks pretty good as conversions go.

Yeah, I kind of figured that the diagram was right and the labels were wrong there. As someone who has a wet room (came with the flat when I got it) it didn't seem like that could be right.
