Titans Return Hot Rod didn't do an awful lot. He didn't look very much like Hot Rod at all to me. He felt like the mould was going to be something else that eventually didn't happen. I like the Hot Rod in the Evo Rodimus pack more, although he's a smidge tall with Blurr and Kup.

Hotrod felt like "In this line dedicated to headmasters, we absolutely must complete the targetmasters instead!"
...even though they still completely ignored four of the targetmasters and continue to do so.

The Legends version of TR Hot Rod is really nice. Or at least I think it is.

I actually preter the TR version. The much maligned "abs" make him look a bit unique from the sunbow worshiping PotP version, and the dated but still nice original Classics.
And Legends insistence in not doing that hurts the functionality of the mold a bit.
That said, between the two it's the Legends I use, while slapping the reprolable conversion set on TR.
And I just pretend PotP is the Beast Era version of Rodimus.

Blacklai - aka Kevin Liu - is in Taiwan which seems to get a lot of stuff first so these will be legit and not walked out the factory

I wonder if Ironhide and Ratchet are both relegated to these exclusive sets because they're too much to be sold as standard retail deluxes?
The Siege version was already pretty hefty for modern deluxes. The ER version has a lot of remolding, is generally even bigger overall, and had a brand new gigantic accessory that takes up about 15% of the vehicle.
That's honestly the only reason I can think of for why Ratchet isn't standard retail.

So he got a new fusion cannon that looks exactly like the sight scope of a Walter P38.
Every picture we see I understand the concept of this retool less and less.
They put a mind boggling amount work into this, possibly even changing some of the engineering for him to look almost identical to how he already looked.
He looks...at most 10% more G1 Gun accurate.
Using enough retooling that could have changed the character completely.

I've been wondering if Doublecrosser's product number is wrong We got it from the Hasbro Press pack where it says he's E7247. But look at the other Battlemasters:Gap at E7147, one digit out from Doublecrossers E7247 and involving keys next to each other on a Keyboard Could someone have made a typing/transposition error |

I guess nothing surprising there. It’d have been a nice touch if they’d acknowledged that Runabout and Runamuck are actually different cars, but I guess that’s unlikely to happen for budgetary reasons.

Both waves keep getting pushed back. BBTS has both waves due this month. Pulse has them both october, last I looked, but Pulse yoyos a bit and changes.
BBTS just stays with the original then moves the due date back a month each month passes.
Either way JUST RELEASE THEM ALREADY
