I feel like it's been Sunday for three days.

Yesterday's the first day I haven't gone for a walk, and this morning my back is playing up. I think the two are related.
Need something different today. The interweb says my local M&S Food is still open. That'll make a nice change from Sainsbury's, and give me a slightly different walk.

Had the window open to let some fresh air in. Might have been a mistake..... I've had hayfever for nearly 30 years and it's never affected me like this year has. And I thought last year was bad. weather.com/en-GB/forecast/allergy/l/SN25:4:UK

Get on the Wicks Waggon, Martin. My body hasn't felt this good for a long time.

She's going out 6am when the pollen is lower, less people are about and less people have been about. I too need to walk everyday to manage my pain condition, especially as impossible to see Physio in current situation. Luckily, I am next to a small industrial estate so can go there for a walk. Hardly any people about but very easy to stay far far away from anyone out. Even so, I can only get in about a half of my usual exercise and my body is starting to react badly to that. If I didn't get a walk at all I would be in absolute agony...but then I would also have to go off sick from work and be put on SSP, which would mean I would default on rent. -Ralph

Managed to get what I think was some plaster on my sleeve from leaning on the walls while walking up/down the stairs. Nose dripping from the hayfever I wiped it on my sleeve.... and snorted the plaster up it.
Hoping there wasn't anything nasty on it!

Another round of odd neck throat pains tonight.
I think it's basically a left over from too long looking down at screens in London, which hurt the muscles, crossed with some weird hay fever/sinusitis thing. It started with a hot flush tonight, when I realised the nose was blocked again, and then turned into a neck spasmy thing with some ache round the outside of the ribs for good measure.
I may need to talk to a Doctor..
This is annoying me now
