Can't place why I really like the look of that figure when I've no interest in any of the other beast ones. Maybe because it looks a little more robotic. The beast mode doesn't match the bulkier feel of the robot. I can do a great impersonation of BW Ravage. -Ralph |

He's more extensive than I thought. Almost all the organic bits have been replaced with the weird texture of the head. There's no way this guy is one and done. I think he's going to be in whatever follows Kingdom. Either mainline, or walgreen or target exclusive. |

We haven't heard it yet, just seen the script. He could be reading it in the voice of Chorlton (of "and the Wheelies" fame) for all we know!
I'd say it probably is knowing Burns but I don't think he could get close to Chorlton.

Dunno why, but in my mind Ravage's beast mode should be chunkier - maybe because I'm used to the Japanese version based off of TM Cheetor. Not that I'm going to complain over-much, mind you - I'm just glad to be getting any version of this character. Guessing it'll be available at Pulsecon.

Box feels a bit flimsy and not keen on the big blue sticker obscuring the bottom of the back cover illustration. Och, it's going in recycling anyway.

I have my ravage and I have feelings.
Calling him a Cheetor retool is unfair, as he's more akin to Blurr/Chromedome or Scourge/Highbrow/Windblade in TR. Or Seige Optimus vs ER Optimus.
He only uses the beast legs, and lower robot legs, and that's it.
His robot mode is fantastic. The cat head doesn't work as well in beast mode as Jaguar X-9's did. On the cheetah proportioned body, it looks undersized and deformed.
I do also wish they had added double hinge elbows to his front beast legs, so they could fold up.
My problem is the way this toy was released. The more it goes on, the less likely a general release seems, and the more vexed I am that it's a pulsecon exclusive, even though it's not been terribly difficult to acquire (Still in stock as of yesterday).
This should have been a general release in place of Shadow Panther (who I said from the start felt should be a Selects),
While the Pulsecon exclusive be a Tigatron repaint.
I love him though and AT LAST! The biggest hole in my Beast Era collection is filled!
