This creates a problem. One retail and one 5 pack Quint is going to look odd. It needs to be balanced up. It'll have to be one purple and two grey I think.

Well if that bitch goes up for order before the retail judge is fulfilled, I'll cancel my retail and get that one instead.
I don't need more than one of these (and barely want that one as it is). But one that comes with another Sharkticon to add to the school, and two minifigs, and whatever that awful alicon mold is supposed to be? Sounds like a plan!
This is a rare time that we get an actual full playset of characters that mean something to each other.

Indeed. It is wonderful.
If I had the cash I would get two: one to keep in that lovely, lovely packaging.
But it's $70 so it will be £70-80 over here. I presume this is part of the pre-orders going live tomorrow.

The faces on this one look better painted than the retail (but then obviously that's what SDCC releases do; I'm surprised this doesn't have vac metal). I think ideally I'd have these faces on the retail body.

There's also the ambiguous "quintesson" deluxe in Netflix WfC. It's still plausible that could be a G1 retooling of the Cyberverse judge.

This is a fantastic set - I don't even mind that the Kranix is too small, because the figures all work together so well in that little set. I was on the fence about getting this, given the cost, but then remembered that I was most likely going to get the Judge and an Alicon anyway, and it's only slightly more expensive than the combined cost of those separate figures - and worth it, to me. So I shall certainly be pre-ordering one of these later. If I'm able.
