That Megatron's legs look really familiar. But I can't for the life of me place them. I thought at first they were PotP Starscream, but while similar, they're too different.

Super Megatron is very exciting, I'm looking forward to seeing how they handle that. The only problem with it potentially being based on TR Galvatron is that of course he won't be to a good scale with Star Convoy. Which leads me to wonder: Might they actually upscale the robot mode? I mean there's plenty of 3Ps that have done upscaling, surely Takara themselves must know that it works? IF Super Megatron is a Galvatron retool, I hope he still has the superb mini Megatron Titanmaster |

I'm not sure that Megatron is upscaled, but I kinda have a feeling it isn't as straight forward as a retool, either. They did recently make an entirely new leader mold based on AoE Evasion Prime. It's not an upscale. Is there a possibility this might be the same thing? (Honestly, only the pose and knees make me think this has anything to do with that galvamold. Nothing else really matches. Close, but still visible outline differences) |

Looks nice an' all, but being a Voyager size he'd look silly next to Star Convoy so I think I can pass on this. I hope Takara continue with these releases though; they're putting a lot more effort into the Selects idea than Hasbro are.
