Tf wiki says "virtually core," or something to that effect.
But the listing says 1.5" tall for him, and that is certainly not nearly a core class. That's pretty much battlemaster territory, though he's more intricate.
But assuming he's a full on core... That's a $10 toy. $25 deluxe + $10 core, that's only $35 for normal retail.
Though I'm not convinced Jolt is something they could get away with selling as a core, without major accessories (ala Rumble, and I think he was pushing it).
Even adding in exclusivity and gatdang stupid blast effects that no one actually wants, $45 is certainly pushing it.
(On a side note, tiny text and poor vision, I originally thought it said it was $49 dollars.)
