It's like a Russian doll. The tiny one goes inside the little one, which goes inside the bigger one, which combines with another bigger one to make a massive one. Well - the massive one being the bigger one just standing on the other bigger one's dead feet like some sort of bucket stilts that I used to have as a kid. |

Not really. This doesn't factor in international orders, and there are also a lot of people who wait until the last minutes before committing.
Some people are juggling finances, some are hemming and hawing, and some will go in if they see it funds (this puzzles me because it's not like they're out any money if it doesn't.)
I reckon that it probably is fully funded right now, with international orders.
