A prologue of sorts, which is usually either the presenters chatting about general stuff not directly related to the main show (common on podcasts as a bonus feature) or a sort of preview of the main show, a tangential feature or warm up.

Erm, anyway. I was hoping to watch this evening, but have been in a blind rush doing things ahead of a busy weekend. Was it all just the legacy reveals and SG Soundwave?

McFeely pointed out SG Soundwave seems possibly under priced. £40 with a second tape. Same price as SG Blaster who only has the one tape. So I bunged in a preorder along with core sludge to get the free shipping.
Pulse did the same thing with Impactor and honoured the lower price even after correcting the website so I figure its worth a shot.

As to the show itself, I enjoyed the pre-show - I think that Thew did a great job. I don't think the production team did the best job in giving him the material or keeping things rolling, but he did a great job with what they gave him.

After looking at various sites, it seems that there's nothing new appearing on shelves until at least March 2023...With the exception of Galaxy Shuttle (AKA Jazztrotrain!) which is slated to be out on or after 1st December 2022.
Gonna be a pain of a wait!

They could well be doing this to bolster viewer numbers for marketing reasons. They couldn’t publicly admit that as it’s supposedly a perk of membership, but generating that engagement is a high priority! Better to look mildly incompetent on something as low stakes as this than have a low figure on the livestream...
