I think £45 is a much better price point for what is. If anyone wants one, that is a fair price. The RRP of £92? Oh fuck no!

Menasor is weirdly good?
Like, I'm not a slavish sunbow adhereist, but there is something impressive about him. I'm not sure I want more like this though?
It's the first combiner I've seen as his own guy, and not an amalgamation of lots of dudes. He's cohesive. Hmm.
I think I like him. And it's nice to get some variety in the combiners, so yeah. Absolutely not worth the £90 quid for Motormaster though, he doesn't even have a decent gun!

Hmm. New versions of old characters: an updated colour scheme of their own or stick to the original? I think I prefer the idea of the former. Either way, I won't be paying out for a second set on this occasion!  |

Different stripe pattens, especially on spoiler. boxset has no gold on front bumper, con symbol has moved to side, black windscreen and purple guns. Boxset's head is more purple. Yellow may be a different shade |

The box set is a huge improvement, but *not* a $200+ giftset of toys that still look 85-90% the same amount of improvement.

Hmm. Now that I see them side by side, I find I prefer the individual releases' decos in robot mode and gift set decos in vehicle mode.
I wonder why only Breakdown's been given a new head.

Now the big question is whether Hasbro will ever release a G2 Stunticons boxset, or if they'll leave it only a partially-completed set, before reissuing the lot as Thunder Clash and the Turbomasters, or something. Very hard to tell with Hasbro these days...
