Had they retooled Menasor with a new proper chest, and fixed the legs so the cars are in the the front, then I don't think I could resist.

Opened Motormaster at last. Currently in robot mode with his base and the other Stunts arranged around it. This is pretty imposing just as it is! Motormaster is an excellent figure. I wish we had the Combaticons to this quality too

Got Menasor combinated. That's one chunky solid figure. Great posability for a Hasbro figure that big. Hip ratchets, knee ratchets, ankle rockers, universals in the shoulders - he poses like a Voyager. I love the magic moment when the cars separate on the arms. There's so much engineering in the trailer parts too. Looks great, but the legs are pretty plain. Shame they lose all the car detail. Tomorrow I will get out his CW counterpart.

Side by side with my upgraded CW one (Perfect Effect body kit plus Nonnef feet). Undoubtedly the new one is more solid and posable and probably the better figure overall, but the original is certainly still a fab toy.  |

Finally got all 5 legacy toys even though I've gone g2 for dead-end. Very excited to get them put together.
If only hasbro had gone with decent hands and feet from the start most cw would more than hold up, even without 3p upgrades.
