No, Phil, no!
Who would they combine with? A repainted Motormaster?
No Junkion Combiner in Sunbowww so no chance anyway.

No, Phil, no! Who would they combine with? A repainted Motormaster? I'm suggesting these FIVE combine CW style DELUXEF7191 Scraphook (Junkion 1) EAN: 5010994196974 F7195 Junkion 2 EAN: 5010994202262 F7199 Junkion 3 F7202 Detritus (Junkion 4?) VOYAGERF7209 Junkion EAN: 5010996149671 There's a bit oof me even wondering if there's some CW mould reuse here. If Scraphook is a Tow Truck, then CW Trailbreaker and Detritus could be done from CW Hound No Junkion Combiner in Sunbowww so no chance anyway. -Ralph There's no Crankcase, Armada Starscream, Dragon Megatron or Laser Prime in Sunbow yet we got them all this year.

Still based on old stuff.
I can't see this design team suddenly creating a new Combiner entirely from their imagination.

I agree. There's zero evidence to suggest a junkion combiner. The number scheme is definitely a case of placeholder designations, like "Energon Monster" was a placeholder for various pretenders.

There's no evidence, No.
But the numbers, and quantities in each size suggest there might be something going on and reading between the lines I think it says Junkion Combiner.
We'll see which of us is right down the line.
Junkions is a very odd thing to be getting into like this now having recently gone relatively big on them in SS86

The original Detritus is a hound repaint. Siege Hound still hasn't gotten a major reuse just two exclusives, one of which was also hound), and Detritus was the natural prediction since Siege.
Hound is also one of the few Siege "cybertron mode" molds to have not gotten retooled or recreated as an '84 earth mode. I'd not put it past detritus to be an earth mode retool of Siege, released before Hound. Hasbro has a track record of releasing the c-list repaint before the primary a-list character.
There were no tow trucks in CW, but there is one much more recently released. My bet is on another diaclone deco for ER Hoist. Either Yellow or blue. Or a rusty new deco.
For the voyager? Bulkhead has yet to get a major reuse. There's not even any credible rumors for one, and it seems a really odd duck to be a stand alone. He would however be an incredibly easy retool into a garbage truck. Or maybe a military truck that's found a second life hauling around junk (think Daytrader).
As for the sudden prominence of the junkions out of nowhere, they might be a big part of the new TF comics. Which means it only looks like it's out of nowhere, as we're not supposed to know about any of this.

Scrap*hook*..? See - I can do Mad Theories too. Although that would be an interesting reason if these are actually Junkions. Unless it’s just another case of the design team just really liking those characters…

You know, I was listening to last week's RFC while doing the housework earlier and they said the logical conclusion to draw about the rumoured junkions is that they're the new weaponisers. It seems so obvious now. Can't believe we didn't guess that when Phil was suggesting a combiner. It's a clever idea and I got really excited until I came here and saw Scrapbook. He's not bad, but that face isn't very Junkion looking and they'll all be deluxes won't they, so lots of diddy not-quite junkions running around Wreck-Gar's legs. I hope it all works, on paper it sounds really good. I fear it won't live up to the idea though.

Aa good as it looks, I'm suddenly under the dilemma of wether G1 Junkions should only be bikes. Will think about it... In Huffer mode, I will say that those Core Dinobots look like arse. And not a nice one either.

There's allegedly a Voyager too That one might just be a Wreckgar repaint with a new head. I'd be up for that. Was very tempted by the nonnef kit that did that. Don't know why I like Junkions so much. Maybe because I always had very high regard for the original toy.

Possibly because it's how they're going to get us to buy another Voyager Wreck-Gar this year?

Not even if you can use it as a the core of a Junkion combiner?
Because even if it ain't official they'll be some way to do it with the weaponiser gimmick

SS86 Wreck-Gar was shite. The waist flops and swings if you just look at it. The wee CW Legends scale Curry-Gar is much better.
