Looks very nice. With that chest matching the original so neatly, surely there'll be a Predator repaint somewhere along the line. Maybe 2024's Titan really will be Motormaster remoulded into Thunderclash and we'll get that then.

Now this I like. It is kind of taking some cues from both the Prime character and the original line one, but kind of doing its own thing with them. (Actually, when I first looked at it I missed that it had horizontal stabilizers at the rear and I thought they had gone very CF-44 Nosferatu with it and extended the wings backwards as delta wings). The fighter mode is really nice, it has a nice sleekness to it but also a bit of heft. I think its going to have decent amounts of wooshability. I also spy rear landing gear which is always a good bonus.
The humanoid mode is pretty decent too - I think it is a closer approximation of the Prime aesthetic than something like Bulkhead went for.
The extra gimmick of locking Needlenose onto the fighter mode is quite nice. Puts me in mind both of the Predators, and of Movie Mindwipe and Skystalker.
Yeah, I'm liking this - it is rather nice.

All of which begs the question: Where will the G1.5 Universe Predators show up? In the main Legacy line? Buzzworthy? Wal-Mart exclusives? Whatever the case, I look forward to the answer being: Not in Europe.

It's weird seeing Skyquake. He's a proper size leader, not a voyager with platform shoes. He looks pretty chunky.

Yep. This was the one that grabbed my attention the most during the presentation, just because of how good it looks. But I'm also not going to be getting it - I will be holding on for one of the inevitable repaints. That strategy worked for me with Galvatron (waited for the toy colours version), so hopefully it'll work here also.

It's got two great modes but the colour is soooo drab. I'll be hoping something loud ends up in a sale this time next year.
