LIES. YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE BITS TOGETHER. ALWAYS. It is a play feature of the range, as explained by the folk on the Blokees stall. -Ralph But there are no longer any play features.

They are action figures that you build. Remember the Mashables line? Like that, but good.

The fact that they need to be built up from parts of sprues means that they qualify as model kits, and the fact that they are robust enough that they can be fiddled with at whim without popping apart at the joints is very much a feature of action figures. I'd classify them as living in the liminal zone where Action Figure and Model Kit meet. Also, the ability to mount parts of different Blokees on each other could well allow some wonderfully silly looking things to happen, and I approve of that hugely! Karl

Only until the next shipment arrives in September. I've got stock preordered from Diamond. In fact, I increased my order this morning off the back of the response at TFNation. I had to wear my business hat for a little While to chat to the man from Blokees, buying one each from waves 2 and 3 while I was at it (4 having sold out), as I've only been offered wave 1 so far, along with the first lot of bigger sets.

Stay strong, Benn. Stay strong. Do not crumble before the might of Ralph's evil manipulations. Oh no, I'm already committed to getting some more, I just don't want all of them. I moved on an unbuilt Nemesis Prime during the show because I had no interest in it.

They were apparently everywhere in Singapore when the Conjunx was back there in January - boxes and boxes of them on department store shelves. If we'd realised what they were and how much they'd take off we'd have figured out some way to capitalise on this. At the very least we could've been the cool kids for once, leading the curve... but no, the two that she brought back just sat forgotten in a cupboard as curios for months intead...
Anyway, picked up one randomly anyway, and got a Prowl, and whilst he's no favourite character of mine, these are very fun to build. We may be acquiring more.

After seeing all the hype I caved and order my first Blokees. Works out at £3.38 a figure, so a good gamble to see if I like them or not. I have no idea what the series is, but it was the cheapest at the time for a set of 9 on AliExpress, and had the two Grimlock's.

The first of the two Blokees I bought at TFNation proved to be Long Haul, which was appropriate, given Gregg Berger's attendance.
