Ah, but it does have the first appearance of the infamous Angel 1 city matte painting which pops up in various guises many times in TNG/DS9/VOY/ENT. Always a joy when it appears.

It also contains the worst slice of Star Trek ever made: 'Masks'.
I dearly love TNG then and now, but I think it ran a year too long. As has been widely documented, the writers and producers were knackered and running on steam.
