Oh Vinnie Mac, you cray. {Spoiler}He couldn't take a stunner back in the day. Why they thought he wouldn't botch it now... But to see him actually kind of have a match was so unexpected.
Don't understand how Pat MacAfee is so over. He's insufferable.
After the F5 bump Austin Theory took at elimination chamber and to see him carry MacAfee, you gotta give him props, but I think he was trying to outdo Rock's selling of the stunner.
Wardrobe malfunction for Charlotte Flair. Oops. Do wish they'd work more actual grappling into Rousy's arsenal considering her background (same with most ex-MMAs turned WWE. Mat work is difficult to capture on camera and for the crowd though I guess).
Trying to spot where Reigns called the audible to Brock for the ending as it seemed like there was at least another F5 or superman punch in it.
Tag Team divisions are weak.
Omos is terrible.
Surprised how much I enjoyed Knoxville/Zayn. Wee Man slamming Zayn was epic.
Styles/Edge was decent, but a shame it had minor interference from Damian Priest, although it'll be good if Priest gets a decent push aligning with Edge going forward.
Cody Rhodes wasn't a surprise, but decent match, nothing unexpected in it, but not really a bad thing with these two.
Why'd they ruin Corbyn's finisher run?
Logan Paul was inconsequential. Still can't buy Dominik Mysterio as a wrestler, he needs to work on his movement and hesitation before moves. Just feels so unnatural.
Lynch BelAir had decent pacing. Good good.
Austin vs Owens went a lot longer than I thought, with Austin taking some bumps harder than I expected. The outcome was never in any doubt. They did great to keep the match feeling energised despite a slower pace. Austin still incredible on the mic.
Taker coming out for the HOF segments showed he clearly misses the crowds. Sunday you could see him take a deep breath to steady his emotions.
This Gable Steveson push seems a little ott at this stage. If they just had them get involved fine, but to have them highlighted on both nights? Too much.
HHH getting some spotlight was nice.
Now we wait for the inevitable post WWE releases. |

Really enjoying William Regal being back on screen with AEW. Still absolutely gold on the mic. AEW doing some really good ongoing storytelling with MJF/Wardlow and the slow heel turn of Christian.
The one real gripe - JR needs to go, he takes you out of the moment now, a shell of his former self.

Brian Danielson leg getting stuck is the most ridiculous thing I've seen all year. I mean, good they made an angle out of it, but I'm pretty sure a paramedic would not have stood on the stage right where it would cause the most damage. Not to mention Moxley trying to single handedly move the entire ramp.

William Regal now has a podcast. Decent stuff as he's very down to earth and not self-aggrandizing unlike almost every other wrestler on a podcast.

Full Gear was a cracking PPV really enjoyed it, even if the results on most of the matches were easy to see ahead of time.
Jade Cargill dressing as Cheetara was something.

ROH Final Battle was great. Another banger from the Briscoes VS FTR rivalry despite the spontaneous build up.
I hope ROH gets its own TV slot soon.
Tales from the Territories has been a good watch. Always good to see the vets share stories from the old days.

The men's Royal Rumble match was up there with the best - so much fun, with beefy lads knocking seven shades out of folks - Gunther was made by the Rumble, but Shamo and Drew were invaluable supporting acts.
Bray Wyatt can GTF absolute shite, and ruined L A Knight at the end, hope they rehab him quickly.
Bliss/Belinda Blair match - disappointing. both capable of better.
Women's Rumble - decent enough, glad Rhea won, I had jokingly suggested that Nia Jax would be the suprise return, the room ended up howling when she appeared.
KO/Roman - what an ending.
That musical interlude from Hardy was the fucking worst and they have had Kid Rock on before.

By the looks of things, WWE management were'nt impressed with Hardy either. I was happy with both the Rumbles and results. I wonder if Nia was a one off. Those "#### you Roman" chants were the best! and its not the first time that's come out of a Royal Rumble crowd. Now we got Sami VS Roman at Elimination Chamber.  |

Do you watch Sheamus's Celtic Warrior Workouts? He had them both on recently but no need for WWE kayfabe. It's good seeing people as themselves, Otis was definitely different to what I expected.
