The article did identify that KJA was a MAJOR problem.
And don't forget that he was the first one to kill an onscreen character in the books long before Chewbacca died (General Madine in Darksabre)

Arghhh! Watching Episode 2 for the first time since cinema I think. There hasn't been a single line of Anakin dialogue that hasn't physically hurt to listen too. Whats the chances this new stream lining of canon will ditch it all?
Surely it's not to late to rewrite and redub with a recast actor all his lines for a special edition.

The thing that strikes me with the Star Wars prequels is they really are diminishing returns whenever you go bac to them. Were we all blind due to the pretty lights? In many ways, Ep 1 is the best out of the three, though still absolutely, fatally flawed in basic storytelling terms. |
