There are signs my tummy is going wrong again, which isn't a surprise.
What *IS* a surprise is how long it's taken, 2 1/2 weeks since the last incident.
I've been keeping a food diary the last few weeks so I can see what I've eaten, which included a few things I thought were suspect that haven't set me off. The lead suspect for this bout, if it turns out to develop how I think, would appear to be the home made Burgers we ate Sunday. Beef Mince has caused me some amount of pain going down in the past, and indeed I had some pain Sunday night. It's also the only time I can see beef mince on the list of things I've eaten. However I did have some stilton melted on the burger - very nice it was too - and there's a slight suspicion melted cheese might be on of the triggers......

Cheese is certainly a good suspect for dietary distress, it often seems to go along with issues with other diary stuff though. (At least, in my family line - dairy is one of the largest sources of issues for folk. Not me, I can have cheese, milk etc, but my mother and sister can't). What was used to bind the burgers, if anything? Because that could be a potential suspect as well.

Apart from one brief, but violent, incident last Friday my backside has been behaving. My tummy however has been quite painful at times. We had a chinese last night which I thought might give me grief and I ended up having the most comfortable night stomach wise for a while.
Of course today the tummy pain has been right up and I've been a frequnt visitor to the throne room!

So bad day with the tummy. Went wrong mid afternoon, not unexpected at all, been grumbling for days. We'll look at the food diary and see if we can identify a trigger for the grumbling, since we're sure the Chinese pushed it over.
Thankfully it abated enough for me to get to the worship night I was projecting at and I don't think I did too bad a job considering..... if you don't count the one song I forgot to press the "display on screen" button for. I was multitasking at the time and by the time I realised the song was all but over. Ooops!
Risking a slice of bread and yogurt before bed. Really wasn't hungry at tea time which is different from before. Hoping it will be OK overnight and clear up tomorrow.

A suspicion is forming that eggs may be a bad thing. Tummy was OK but really didn't like the Spanish Omlette for tea.
That might also contribute to the Chinese problems, egg fried rice. Which in turn hints at why Indian and Thai has been OK.

To test this theory you must either eat a lot of eggs, or no eggs.
Something of a gamble.

Tummy went wrong yesterday. Not a surprise, I've had a much more varied diet this week and eaten something that I had been suspicious of previously.
Unsure this morning, but proceeded with plans.
Tummy has failed again this afternoon. First time it's gone wrong two consecutive days since the food diary started

Where... where are the fruit and vegetables? Fair bit of veg content to the currys. Not enough fruit this week, there's at least two pears missing since I've been home. Several of the meals have had salad with them.

The last two days have been Diarrhoea free for the first time in a week or so.
Unfortunately at the same time I've had the most dreadful stomach pains/cramp down in the pit of my stomach.
We think the salad in Weds' Chicken Kebab kicked it off somehow, and the coleslaw at lunch today hasn't helped.
Pain tonight is horrible

I must report a Rule 1 breakage and consequences thereof.
Went out after work to meet up with Marney to hand over a Generations Hot Shot I've had for him for a few months. No time for dinner, so a few pints were consumed. One of my colleagues happened to be in the same pub and likes a cheeky Sambuca, So we had a few of them as well.
Went home and was drunk but not pink energon drunk. Went to bed, woke up after about an hour or so and there was chunder.

No mint. No. No mint ever. No. Only wild... it's smell on the breeze. But never... 'in' things.
Especially not in alcohol or chocolate.
