No mint. No. No mint ever. No. Only wild... it's smell on the breeze. But never... 'in' things. Especially not in alcohol or chocolate. YOU ARE SOOO WRONG IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY

It's certainly an odd position to take.
What about orange? Surely Shockers is okay with a chocolate orange?

Mint 'IN' things, -EVEN MINT 'SOURCE' ON POTATOES- is not a Good Thing. It's not a good thing at all. It is evil. Bllluuurrrgh. It puts the mint in basket...

*activates QI klaxon signifying Ralph has given an expected but incorrect answer* I stand with Andy and M. mint-flavoured hot chocoloate, mint Magnum choc-ices, mint chocolate Irish Cream liqueur, even After-Eight-flavoured vodka shots... perfection. Chocolate orange is nice, especially dark chocolate, but doesn't deserve to tie the shoelaces of a good dark chocolate mint. Martin

Phil could not function without mint tea's assistance
Iain, mint sauce goes on lam, not potatoes. You put some mint in with the potatoes but not mint sauce.

The good news is I've been passing normally since the middle of last week and felt in control.
The bad news is I've been getting A LOT of stomach pain late night/early hours of the morning, sometimes accompanied by a very gurgly tummy. This has hit my sleep patterns

Lead suspects for pain
Gluten Cream Onions/Leeks
We suspect the marinade on the chicken (20/01) to be what kicked off the bad tummy bout (23/01)

I generally eat from Activia multipacks Strawberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Raspberry
Strawberry, Kiwi, Apricot, Peach One from that lot. Phil likes Cherry, Kiwi, Apricot & Blueberry the best. The tummy likes the yogurt. Been eating it for breakfast for YEARS, It also soothes the stomach most times, especially the gurgliness, and is good lining pre curry and nice post too. Need to get some ice cream in which has a similar effect

The tummy says no to many things with batter now, many fried things and only tolerated quality pizza.
The crunch is a recipe for disaster.

Slightly unexpectedly, given recent weeks and months, I was forced to resort to Mr Basset last Friday. There was only a small amount of initial success so yesterday I consumed the second, backup, "just in case" bag.
This may have been a mistake.....

A suspicion is forming that eggs may be a bad thing. Tummy was OK but really didn't like the Spanish Omlette for tea. That might also contribute to the Chinese problems, egg fried rice. Which in turn hints at why Indian and Thai has been OK. Things Phil forgot yesterday: Pancakes, even ones bought from Sainsburys and done in the Microwave, do mostly contain eggs. That's one food allergy theory confirmed but **** me the stomach pain is bad tonight. Fortunately I've found a microwave heat pack soft toy and that's now my new best friend!
