Lead suspect is the Fish Pie on Weds 15th - a previous fish pie pre record keeping was also implicated, but I will fully acknowledged the more varied diet this week may not have helped. We had Fish Pie on Weds or Thurs, first time in a while. Toilet Terror today! |

I haven't been keeping track. There's a few more occurrences of Fish Pie suspected of causing trouble which I've not mentioned here.
We suspect my digestive transit is approximately 3 days so it's about the right time to be causing trouble.

Have a bit of a sore stomach myself, a Zinger Stacker meal and a zinger tower burger was a bit of an overindulgence and the IBS doesn't like it.

My IBS means I unfortunately have to avoid them and nearly anything spicy myself too. A takeaway near where we used to live that did a very nice and mild korma fortunately now delivers to us here. |
