A wonderful irony that it arrives back on Council TV, when I don't have access to most of Council TV. I'm not sure if this is the universe snickering cruelly, or whether it thinks it is funny.
Kosh would probably tell me that the answer was "yes".

Damn.
Enjoying B5, I do love G'kar being something of a ladies man. Tonight we learn he's tangled with one of Londo's three wives.

'In the Shadow of Z'ha'dum', my favourite episode of Babylon 5, and therefore one of my favourite hours of TV ever made, is on Pick (Freeview channel 11) at 8pm tonight.

Severed Dreams is better.

Severed Dreams is possibly in my Top 10, but not my Top 5. Too much of it is taken up by a big battle. And one that doesn't involve Shadow ships.

In the Shadow of Z'ha'dum is the best of the B5 episodes.

Another of my favourite episodes, 'The Long, Twilight Struggle', on at 8pm tonight.
This episode contains my favourite space battle of all time, on either the big or the small screen.

Sheridan and Delenn put the hard word on the Vorlons and the Shadows last night!
I've really been enjoying watching an episode a night over the last couple of months. In these days of binge-watching it's nice to be reminded how satisfying serial storytelling is.

Whoever is doing the scheduling for Pick is taking great care with Babylon 5. They inserted the 2-hour TV movie 'Thirdspace' in the middle of season 4 a couple of weeks ago, at the point in the story when it actually occurs, and tonight, in between seasons 4 and 5, at 7pm they are showing the wonderful 2-hour movie 'In the Beginning', which is exactly the right place in the sequence to view it.
B5 at its best is as good as TV gets, and 'In the Beginning' is B5 at its best.
Do not tune in to B5 at 8pm tonight - it starts at 7pm!

I've been enjoying the daily serialisation of Babylon 5. I am just worried that they will follow through with Crusade and Legend of the Rangers.

Season 5 and the introduction of the entirely bereft of charisma Telepath leader- Byron. Ugh. Andy Agreed. However, Londo and G'Kar are still at large, and once we get past the naff telepath stuff we have the Drakh / Centauri Prime arc and the excellent final episode, which was shot with season 4. Martin

The Long Night of Londo Mollari. A Byron free episode - and a damn fine one as well. Andy I had a friend who was madly in love with Byron and thought he was mega sexy, so clearly it was right for one demographic!!
