Good stuff. Do we know if the Die Transformer US#1-4 reprint (mentioned on the wiki) had the same kind of colouring? I would like to assume it did, but no clue as of yet. Curiosity has got the better of me, so I've just purchased a copy from eBay. eBay also has an #5 but the seller only posts within Germany.

The most interesting issue from a UK perspective is Transformers Extra Comic-Sonderheft #1, which contains Aspects of Evil 1 and (Double) Deal of the Century both coloured. I've not seen full scans of these issues, just the first pages of each.
The other Extra Comic-Sonderheft issues (which I own) just contain normal reprints of colour UK stories.

These translations need to be published in a fanzine. Please.

This stuff is like drugs in printed form.
And good god, some of the stuff in the text stories is... interesting! Autobot have politics! Sensible ideas for what systems a warrior robot might have! Large-scale battles! The execution, though, oh boy...

I hope to god that the writer meant "the Autobots help humans form their own one-world government" and not what he actually wrote.

Bless you, Matt, for finding and translating these! A couple of German fans have helped with the translations. One may have found someone who can scan the remaining issues too!

Excellent!
Would you be able to bring a couple of issues along on Saturday so I might take a look at them?

Excellent! Would you be able to bring a couple of issues along on Saturday so I might take a look at them? Of course! I was going to take them along in case anyone wanted to buy some off me anyway, since I know a few people expressed interest. Issue 14's text story has now been translated, not many more to go now! Of note it has a helicopter Throttlebot and the most hilariously underwhelming ending ever tfwiki.net/wiki/Transformers_Comic-Magazin_issue_14/srcDefinately going to get these printed up in a little free fanzine for AA. Should I cherrypick the 'best' or try to print them all?

Ooh! I would certainly like to buy some from you!
I have a handful of Dutch and Spanish Transformers comics already, so they'd go nicely with those!
Of course, if anyone's already "bagsied" any, I'm happy to take some of what's left.

Of course, if anyone's already "bagsied" any, I'm happy to take some of what's left. I asked if anyone wanted to bagsy any particular issues but it was more 'we'll see what you have'. £3 each, which is what I paid for them. If you want to bagsy some, I have them all apart from 3, 5 and 22-24 tfwiki.net/wiki/Transformers_Comic-MagazinSome of the early ones are hole-punched in the sides, seems they were stored in a folder. You can tell from the cover scans which these were. It isn't particularly noticable. If you're a fan of the Marvel US stuff, the early issues are notable because they actually recolor all the US issues.

Die Transformer has arrived. Colouring is largely similar to the US issues, but with a few differences. Nothing remarkable but I will scan in some examples possibly tomorrow. The interesting thing is that it doesn't actually reprint US#1-4. It reprints #1 and the first 7 pages of #2.

Will do once scanned in tomorrow. The to be continued bit calls Sparkplug 'Daddy Witwicky', which amuses me far more than it really should.

Added some info to the wiki... but now can't get on to add any images. But for readers of this thread... Here's the cover. It has the name Scholz on it. After a bit of googling I think this is possibly Claus D. Scholz Page 1. As you can see it is quite similar to the original. The colouring is so similar that the original errors were kept, as this scan shows. Here's the title page. This issue features a sometimes ginger Buster. And is that a sometimes ginger Bumblebee he's driving? Yes.

Oh I've also got something called Transformers Super Auswahl Band #2 (didn't see it mentioned on the Condor Verlag page). A quite thick comic reprinting various things from Comic Magazin.

Seen on the eBay, the cover to Die Transformer #3, where DIE SPINNE! appears to be attacking the Autobots. Silly Spidey.

Naughty Die Spinne!
Can you save that cover and stick it on the wiki. One day we will record everything about the German TF comics, and the universe will be over, and restart into a more complex one with even stranger German text stories!

Here's the cover to that other thing: Though it turns out I was wrong, because it is mentioned on the wiki: Anyway the interesting thing is, one of the issues in mine is Comic-Magazin #3. Probably. I'm just basing it on the fact it has the Robot Master reprint. Anyway I've scanned the extras/text story and uploaded here: www.megaupload.com/?d=U24NB9E9any of that new, Mr Blue?

I will check it when I get home, but if that is the entirety of issue 3, then yes, definately!
Those collections should probably also be wikied
