I have the Hardhead upgrade on order, looking good so far.
I also got the normal release and Japanese black and yellow Cobra HM they did. Very nicely done, plastic quality is lower than the real things, but it's still good enough. Looking forward to them doing the other heads shown in the Ark book, hopefully they'll do the Dugong.

iGear fly close to the sun with their KO Masterpiece Dirge, Ramjet and Thrust figures! www.igeartoys.com/?page_id=604I dread to think of the cost / quality implications. But then, if they CAN pull it off cheaply...

These look very well engineered! But this chaps, beleive it or not, is one of the rare occassions when I think TFs have been made TOO BIG! *sound of Tomo fainting* Yep, they look massive next to MP Optimus, and would prob look too big next to the MP Strike Planes. What you guys think to the size? I keep hoping Has/Tak will do the Cone Heads as MPs.

Then I jumped right back to gazing at these beauties. Thanks Blue'! Oh man, same size as MP Strike Planes, eh? Might have to get these. Mrs Shockprowl will not be happy. Might work over time to pay for them to avoid her wrath. Anyone else thinking of purchooseling these?

AAARRRGH!!! MY SHAMEFULL SECRET IS OUT!!!!
My obsession with a character being the correct size as per my own demented mind is possibly as strong as my obsession with that Autobot Police Car, what's his name...
DAMN AND BLAST! I'm going to have to buy Masterpiece Cone Heads! If anyone spots a price for them let me know. Over-time hear I come.

No, Fixit's an ambulance. He's on about Animated Bumblebee. Karl must have been watching too many dubbed Victory episodes (in which Stakeout is addressed as Fixit). Martin

Karl must have been watching too many dubbed Victory episodes (in which Stakeout is addressed as Fixit). Martin Whats that you say? You say you think I have been watching Victory with the dub on too often? In other news, my masking tape apparently has special drying retardent properties. When I was removing the tape 52 hours after painting the bathroom skirting board I discovered that the paint on the masking tape was still only partially dried. Unfortunately I discovered this the hard way. End result, masking tape removed and nice clear edges on the skirting, with large amounts of still tacky paint adhering to Karl's hands... Karl

Looks far better than the one that TFcon used for Nightbird.
Wouldn't pay that kind of money for it though.

Looks pretty good, but I'd rather go for an Animated Arcee, which does the job pretty well and is cheaper.

I especially like the references to the speed of beer cases, camels as performance art and the 'out of bounds flash explosion phenomena'.
Most illuminating!
