If anyone's not got it from their newsagent - i'll scan in the 8 pages & save everyone £3.99. Then Titan might decide to start pulling their finger out when they see that they have next to none sales for this issue. When Simon was writing v1 it out sold IDW every month. I think the edit must of been the guy who ran a newsagent I used to go into. where they stopped getting comics in if you had them on order. the newsagent soon closed down because of not selling anything.

This has got to be the worst issue ever !!!! £3.99 for 8 page comic that just happens to be a A1 size poster. What? explain! It just 8 pages & that is including the cover. it is back to bi-monthly. #16 is out 8/8/13. 2 free gifts. Hopefully it'll be a normal comic again & not dreadful poster mag.

I actually don't find this issue all that bad. It seems to me that it's simply a low-cost way of keeping the title ticking over before presumably relaunching as Beast Hunters, and the giant poster is pretty cool (especially from a child's perspective). Plus, one of the best covers ever from Titan by virtue of it not being plastered all over with advertising messages; you can actually see all the artwork. (The graphics are on the polybag instead.) And a free gift that's not a launcher!
Next issue, August 8th; it'll be interesting to see if it'll be back to monthly with what will surely be a Beast Hunters relaunch.

I don't mind this issue that much either, the poster's nice, and it just seems like a way to get rid of all their season 2 features before the (assumed) rebrand for Beast Hunters.
At least they gave us a fun frisbee to throw at the kids!

They should have had 8 page comic strip in it as a mini comic.
Transformers v5 : Beast Hunters #1 should then be out sept the same week the series airs on cartoon network

Saw the poster mag in the wild.
It is the single worst attempt a TF mag I have read. It makes Fleetway G2 look light years beyond what it was.
Disgraceful.

Once again, no sign of it in the wild in Edinburger. If not for this forum, I would have assumed this comic was canned a couple of years ago.

Titan for possibly the 3rd time claim my direct debit was rejected and ask me to submit it again, I have subscribed since issue #1 of their revival back in 2007, but now I am wondering should I bother to resubscribe - the quality is down the toilet and there is barely a comic to speak of anymore. I'm in two minds about it right now.... just got the Seacon issue.... hmmm....

That is it for me, no resub. Titan have woeful customer service and I can't be bothered to put in the effort and cash when they do things like that poster issue....

The Titan mag will drag on and might improve with the Movie but will go back to the way it is now and then if it lasts long enough will do the same with Movie No. 5.

The letter page is getting back to normal-ish
also the subs -
was 4 issues for £15.95 now 12 for £35.60
which is better you get the issue for £3 instead of cover price.

This comic might actually limp along until TF4 comes out.
I am surprised.

It's a pity that Titan can't afford Simon Furman. We'd get some Grimlock action, at least.
I notice that Shockwave appears in the BH Voyagers competition this issue (not that it means anything).

The subscription price has increased by £5 but you get 3 free toys. I want to know where the Sky Lynx art is from - look too Manga to be Titan artists. Could it be from Japan toy ads?

The art is surprisingly good this issue. I'm not sure of the logistics of fitting the story into the Prime cartoon series, but I've lowered my expectations to the point that I'm not too concerned.
Interesting to see Powercore Combiners as one of the competition prizes this issue. I notice they're starting to attract higher prices on ebay.
